Ticket Info:

1. Once you have reserved your ticket, you will be given a date/time to pickup your ticket.
   1. If you want to be seated together with your friend(s), they must also RSVP through this system first, and then you and your friend(s) need to pickup your tickets at the same time
   2. Ticket pickup times are based on the order in which students made their online reservations
   3. If you and those that you want to sit with have different pickup times, you can all come to pickup tickets at the most covenant window which one of you qualify for
2. Tickets are only scannable once. Keep your ticket to yourself. If you share your ticket info with anyone else, and they use it to enter the venue, the second time a ticket is scanned it will no longer be valid.

You can select your seat from two different categories:

1. Reserved Seating (Floor, 100, 200 or 300 level)
2. General Admission (East or West Bleachers)

PLEASE NOTE:

• You will need your UB ID card to pick up your ticket AND to enter the building on event night.
• Students who have a confirmed RSVP for the event and want to sit together will need to visit the Alumni Arena ticket office together to select seats. All requests will be honored based on availability.
• If you cannot visit the ticket office together to select seats, choose General Admission seats.
• Tickets are not transferrable and are for UB Students ONLY.

Prohibited Items

• Bags/Backpacks (small purses will be searched)
• Illicit drugs and/or related paraphernalia
• Professional cameras or recording equipment
• Signs, sticks, and umbrellas
• Voice amplifiers and noisemakers
• Weapons
• Food, drinks, and alcohol
• Glass containers
• Flags and banners
• Cigarettes/Tobacco products including vaporizer devices
• Note: UPD will not allow anyone who is visibly intoxicated or under the influence of other substances into the venue

Important Notes

• This event is limited to UB Students.
• There are no guest tickets or tickets for purchase.
• The majority of tickets are assigned seating. Students are entitled to 1 FREE ticket each; until SA runs out of available tickets.
• Tickets will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. We are limited by the amount of room in our venues. We will accommodate as many people as safety will allow.
• If tickets/space is still available by the time the doors open, we will make these tickets available to UB. Students who arrive before 7:45pm.
• Tickets will ONLY be given to UB Students, with a valid UBID. 
• No Re-Entry; if you leave for any reason, you cannot re-enter.
• UB is a smoke-free campus, there is no exception to the re-entry policy for smoking.
• Vaporizer Pens and similar are not allowed at the event.
